Give a Gift
of Gratitude

At Livingston HealthCare, we believe healing goes beyond medicine; it’s powered by human connection, compassion, and care. Gifts of Gratitude is our grateful patient program, here to help patients and families express appreciation for the providers, nurses, and staff who made a difference during their care journey.

Whether you choose to share your story, recognize a caregiver, or make a gift in their honor, Gifts of Gratitude is your opportunity to turn a moment of healing into a lasting impact. Your gratitude uplifts caregivers, inspires others, and supports life-changing care for patients across Park County.

Become a Sponsor

Your sponsorship will not only strengthen patient care and community health but also provide meaningful engagement opportunities for your business throughout the Livingston HealthCare system. From recognition at signature events like the Alpenglow Gala and Fall Health Festival, to support for vital programs such as Animal Therapy and Patient Greatest Needs, your impact will touch thousands of patients, families, staff, and neighbors each year.

The Alpenglow Legacy: Empowering Care Through Community Partnerships brochure outlines flexible opportunities designed to align with your company’s goals and values. We would be honored to collaborate with you to create a customized partnership that is both meaningful for your business and transformational for the health of our community.

Give through a payroll deduction: Employee Giving

The Employee Giving Program honors our power as employees to make Livingston HealthCare the amazing place we're all proud of. Together, through our giving, we create a better experience for our patients, their families—and our care teams.

Employee giving sends a meaningful endorsement to the community and proves the strength of support from those who know Livingston HealthCare best. We are proud to say that a considerable number of our employees personally invest in where they work.

To enroll in payroll deduction, fill out this form and send to Jessica.Wilcox@livhc.org or drop the filled out form to the Foundation office or the Payroll Coordinator
