Elk Lake Resort offers world-class amenities, lodging, food and fun at prices that allow you to actually enjoy vacation.

 

Whether you are looking for a few nights off-the-beaten path in a cabin near Yellowstone, planning a fly-fishing trip, heading out for family time, organizing a Montana Family Reunion, a corporate retreat, or looking for the perfect Montana Wedding Venue, we've got you covered.

 

We are a family owned and operated resort and will work with you to make your vacation exactly what you dream of, without the hefty "elite resort" tab!

Basic Lodging Rates

Nightly Rates:

$247 for the first two guests

Ranch House:

$500 per night, sleeps up to 9

Do It Yourself Exclusive Resort Use Rates

For those who want to do-it-themselves, we offer exclusive resort rental and you handle the rest.​

Starting at $2,634 day (up to 24 people)

Starting at $3,220 day (up to 35 people)

 

$300 kitchen rental (per day) for 2 or more consecutive days kitchen use* 

OR

$500 kitchen rental for 1 day*​

 

*50% refundable if returned to original condition

Two night minimum stay required

Maximum cabin occupancy = 32

 

RV's and tents are welcome for overflow sleeping space.

​

Because we are "off the grid," we do not provide hook-ups for RVs.

Fly Fishing Packages and Rates

Guide gratuities are not included in our Fly Fishing packages.

4 Nights/5 Days
Guided & Self Guided

Includes:

  • Cabin lodging, three full meals daily, unlimited boat use at both lakes, guided and self-guided fishing excursions.

  • Full-day guided float trip on either the Madison River or the Henry's Fork of the Snake River.

  • Full-day walk/wade trip on the Firehole, Henry's Fork of the Snake, or the Madison River.

  • Three days self guided fishing in the waters around the lodge.

  • One person/Single occupancy:

  • Two people/Double occupancy: Starting at $3,645

  • Groups (6 or more): Starting at $1,357 per person (double occupancy)

Family Reunion & Group Packages

All-Inclusive and group packages can be tailored to fit your specific needs. Whether it is an extended family vacation, a group reunion or corporate retreat, a wedding, or just a group of friends sharing good times, we will work to accommodate all your needs and provide a memorable experience for everyone in your group.

 

A diverse set of activities available on site and nearby provide an outlet for each person in your group to enjoy their time and do the things that interest them most. From fly-fishing to a tour of Yellowstone National Park, the outdoor options are endless.

Package 3:
Exclusive Grounds Use Only

Includes:

  • All cabins with exclusive two night resort rental

* While our cabin sleeping space is limited to 32, larger groups are welcome to bring RVs and/or tents to provide additional sleeping space.

 

Children are considered part of your total, but we are happy to prorate for children 12 and under based on their age.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your dates.

Final payment in the form of check, cash, or credit card is due at the conclusion of your event

or at check out. 

Cancellation Policy

Elk Lake’s prime summer season is only 17 weeks long, so we often have several requests for the same dates.  With this in mind, once your reservations are confirmed, if you cancel within 30 days or less of your reservation, you are responsible for the full balance unless we rent to someone else. This is because we often turn others away for the same dates after your reservation was confirmed. However, we may be able to fill your spot with someone on our waiting list and then your payment will be refunded, minus your deposit. In the event that you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fill the reserved cabins.
